Inclusion and Accessibility Policies

Everyone has the right to access services and participate fully in their communities without restrictions.

The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador is committed to building an inclusive province where people with disabilities have the same choices and opportunities as others. This involves removing and eliminating barriers.

Provincial policies are in place to guide government in accessibility standards and inclusion practices. These policies are available to everyone. Other government, organizations and businesses are encouraged to either adopt similar policies or use these as resources.
